Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hilario Jesco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Hilario Jesco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hilario Jesco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Vladimír Farný hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hilario Jesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Malazský paliči mostov's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hilario Jesco came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

If Mikuláš Halaj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 54 minutes, Adrian Ivana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malazský paliči mostov's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Ivana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hilario Jesco firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 61st minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Malazský paliči mostov's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Malazský paliči mostov's goalkeeper Hilario Jesco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita succeeded in the game's 75th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. In the 78th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hilario Jesco. Hilario Jesco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Malazský paliči mostov's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Cristian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position Hilario Jesco, making the score, 1-4. Egil Dahlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 90 played minutes Malazský paliči mostov got a freekick which was hit by Juraj Kostolányi. A collision led to Malazský paliči mostov getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Mikuláš Halaj hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Malazský paliči mostov's goalkeeper Hilario Jesco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro.
