In the 5thth minute of the game Pepe Ferrari who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximiliano Peralta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robert Davison came out and tried to block the shot, but Maximiliano Peralta slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Justino Roland threw the ball into play from the sideline. Argentina's Naldo Olleros quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Justino Roland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Luan Toro's supporters rose to their feet, but Justino Roland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florentino Boni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robert Davison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Argentina's Naldo Olleros managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sergius Ramus in the 31 minute of the game. Robert Davison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amado Cardozo in the 34th minute. Robert Davison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pepe Ferrari in the 38th minute of play. After 39 played minutes Sportivo Luan Toro got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Sundin. Pepe Ferrari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Robert Davison made a huge save. 42 minutes into the match, Argentina's goal looked a bit too open when Olli Fiedler came free, but Florentino Boni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Sergius Ramus threw the ball into play from the sideline. Argentina's Naldo Olleros quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 45th minute Amado Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Davison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Argentina's Cristofer Conti was substituted for Amado Cardozo. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristofer Conti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Luan Toro's zone, Cristofer Conti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Davison came out of the goal and Cristofer Conti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Cristofer Conti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argentina's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristofer Conti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Davison breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, Argentina's goalkeeper Florentino Boni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olli Fiedler. The throw-in from Justino Roland in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Argentina's Naldo Olleros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristofer Conti in the 72nd minute of play forced Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sportivo Luan Toro's Justino Roland got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sportivo Luan Toro's Jo Barone was substituted for Justino Roland. Robert Davison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Sagese in the 77th minute of the match. Argentina's Florentino Boni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Argentina from getting a goal against them. After having played for 89 minutes, Emiliano Vega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argentina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Vega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Sergius Ramus in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Argentina's Naldo Olleros. Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Sagese in the 93rd minute of play. Cristofer Conti might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Davison. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristofer Conti ran back to his position shaking his head. There was no doubt that Argentina were the better team. Argentina's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
