Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FC Eisenberg's Mirko Saßmannshausen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Eisenberg's Bastian Abel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 2nd minute of play. After 4 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. 6 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mirko Saßmannshausen. 8 minutes into the match, FC Eisenberg's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Bastian Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastian Abel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. FC Eisenberg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Felix Montenegro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Bastian Abel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Bastian Abel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Felix Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Montenegro couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 24th minute of play forced FC Eisenberg's goalkeeper Bastian Abel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the last second Julio Vera throw himself and got hold of the ball when Mirko Saßmannshausen in the 27thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 28 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wolfgang Schui who took care of the corner kick. 35 minutes into the match, FC Eisenberg's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Bastian Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Bastian Abel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Eisenberg booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sebastián Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Friedrich Reubold's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julio Vera firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 46th minute of play forced FC Eisenberg's goalkeeper Bastian Abel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastian Abel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Friedrich Reubold in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Friedrich Reubold in the 58th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bastian Abel having to interfere. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mirko Saßmannshausen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mirko Saßmannshausen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bastian Abel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 65th minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mirko Saßmannshausen in the 66th minute of play. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Bastian Abel made a huge save. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mirko Saßmannshausen went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mirko Saßmannshausen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Folko Meckelburg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Bastian Abel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Bastian Abel made a huge save. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Friedrich Reubold in the 95th minute of play. FC Eisenberg succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ecuador had controlled the match.
