Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lei Fei Song made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tome Usel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tome Usel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 5th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tome Usel saved Union Lara FC from getting behind. If Alfredo Guardia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Luis Andino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tome Usel was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. When Savier Labora fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Union Lara FC's protests and gave Savier Labora a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Union Lara FC's Savier Labora got a free kick in the 15th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Veremundo Salz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tome Usel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tome Usel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tome Usel. Tome Usel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Camilo Gisbert fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Camilo Gisbert a yellow card for diving instead. 32 minutes into the game, one of Ecuador:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Julio Vera had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Lei Fei Song's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 33rd minute, Lei Fei Song ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lei Fei Song in the 37th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lei Fei Song, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tome Usel saved Union Lara FC from getting behind. Veremundo Salzs short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Tome Usel in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 53 in the game by Daniel Zorita from a close distance when the talented Tome Usel managed to make a qualified save. Union Lara FC's players were relieved. The supporters of Union Lara FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Union Lara FC's Savier Labora got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 70th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Savier Labora was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. In the 78th match minute, Union Lara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Savier Labora to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Union Lara FC's Francis Salazar got a free kick in the 80th minute. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Tome Usel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 86th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Union Lara FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. You Xiao Mo hit a great ball. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Union Lara FC to leave the ground with a draw.
