The supporters of Gärsnäs BF booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Diego Tenorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frederick Griscti struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gärsnäs BF. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dane Friebe in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Gärsnäs BF's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Pardo came free, but Wang Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 22 minutes into the game, when Ivan Prats put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Paraguay fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! Paraguay:s Jacobo Nores showed great skill when he stopped Dane Friebe:s penalty. If Dane Friebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Frederick Griscti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacobo Nores. That made the score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. Frederick Griscti struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gärsnäs BF. After 38 minutes, Juan Diego Tenorio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraguay and the Gärsnäs BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Juan Diego Tenorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Gärsnäs BF's Lucas Leiva got a free kick in the 40th minute. Wang Cheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Gärsnäs BF booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Covarrubias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dane Friebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The audience was convinced that Dane Friebe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After 63 minutes, Dane Friebe made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 80 minutes, George Hägglund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gärsnäs BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Hägglund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tord Lang during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gärsnäs BF's Tord Lang got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute Dane Friebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frederick Griscti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dane Friebe in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Frederick Griscti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Paraguay's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Gärsnäs BF had won, even though Paraguay had held more of the ball.
