Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Ricardo Zamora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 3rd minute of play. After 4 played minutes YESHUA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Joel de Amaral. After 5 played minutes, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ricardo Zamora came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. 6 minutes into the match, YESHUA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Ricardo Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The attack was good, but when Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when YESHUA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zamora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ricardo Zamora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 19th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Ricardo Zamora didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After a defensive mix-up in YESHUA F.C's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zamora came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zamora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 30 minutes, Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. YESHUA F.C's Ricardo Zamora tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ricardo Zamora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute David Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Denílson Pernambucano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. YESHUA F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Denílson Pernambucano hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After having played for 48 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Torres to make the kick off. Ricardo Zamora made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Agustín Saelices sent off a good shot on target. When David Torres came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the YESHUA F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Torres couldn't finish the play. Ricardo Zamora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 59th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Ricardo Zamora threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Andino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, YESHUA F.C's Ricardo Zamora got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristos Contreras struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YESHUA F.C. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino Valle during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 73 played minutes YESHUA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Lino Valle. After a rather tough play, YESHUA F.C's Lino Valle got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 83rd minute, John Coracera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zamora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ricardo Zamora in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
