Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) David Torres started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when David Torres tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute David Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, YESHUA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ricardo Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When David Torres came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the YESHUA F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Torres couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Torres in the 12th minute of play. YESHUA F.C's Joel de Amaral was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 15th minute of play forced YESHUA F.C's goalkeeper Ricardo Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zamora saved YESHUA F.C from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zamora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play forced YESHUA F.C's goalkeeper Ricardo Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 22nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Torres in the 25th minute. In the 25th minute, David Torres reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 2-0. Ricardo Zamora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of the match. YESHUA F.C's Ricardo Zamora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 34th minute of play. Ricardo Zamora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. David Torres struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YESHUA F.C. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when David Torres came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernandinho Mendes during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Ricardo Zamora in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. YESHUA F.C were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel de Amaral took the corner. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but YESHUA F.C were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
