Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. After 9 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martyn Babushkin in the 10th minute of play. Sonny Langsford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Deivid Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deivid Fernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. When Pedro Augusto de Amaral came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Juventus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Augusto de Amaral couldn't finish the play. Beto Camargo made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. 43 minutes into the match, Juventus's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Tafalla came free, but Deivid Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Juventus getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Deivid Valle hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sonny Langsford stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Navarro. Juventus's Pedro Augusto de Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Pedro Augusto de Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luca Espinar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deivid Fernandez having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Sonny Langsford made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Martyn Babushkin kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus's zone, Christian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Deivid Fernandez came out of the goal and Christian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Augusto de Amaral struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventus. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 88th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Beto Camargo in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. Deivid Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 92nd minute. Despite being the better team, Honduras failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
