After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lorenzo Cazalla got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 12th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 15th minute of play forced Altza Herria's goalkeeper Julio-César van Beek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Altza Herria's zone, Luca Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio-César van Beek came out of the goal and Luca Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the game, Altza Herria's Medero Barral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Julio-César van Beek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 29th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio-César van Beek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 39th minute, Altza Herria's Christiano Ronaldo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christiano Ronaldo got free with Dante Lacasa in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Altza Herria made a substitution. Marcos Saavedra replaced 康鸿潮. Julio-César van Beek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Gaona in the 52nd minute. After 54 minutes Altza Herria's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio-César van Beek quite easily take care of the ball. Julio-César van Beek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 56th minute of the match. Julio-César van Beek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 63rd minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altza Herria made a substitution. Federico Bouzas replaced Medero Barral. In the 73rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio-César van Beek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute Marcos Saavedra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Bouzas came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio-César van Beek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio-César van Beek saved Altza Herria from getting behind.
