Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when David Nordlander got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Farsta BK's Rutger Gråberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Willian Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 9 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willian Cordeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 13 minutes, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Willian Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner ended in Luis Andino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Farsta BK's Willian Cordeiro did a great save. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willian Cordeiro having to interfere. Willian Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rutger Gråberg in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 53rd minute of play forced Farsta BK's goalkeeper Willian Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Willian Cordeiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Farsta BK's Nesor Castaño got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 61st match minute, Farsta BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Bern to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Gisbert made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Farsta BK's Nesor Castaño. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Willian Cordeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Willian Cordeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 70th minute. In the 71st match minute, Farsta BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nesor Castaño to maneuver through the defense. Willian Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Ernst Bern fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Farsta BK's protests and gave Ernst Bern a yellow card for diving instead. Ernst Bern hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Farsta BK's goalkeeper Willian Cordeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. When Ernst Bern was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. A collision led to Farsta BK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ernst Bern hit a great ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rutger Gråberg in the 83rd minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rutger Gråberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the game, Camilo Gisbert threw the ball into play from the sideline. Farsta BK's Basilio Vela quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rutger Gråberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Willian Cordeiro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. In the 97th minute, Farsta BK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cristian Sancho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The Farsta BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
