When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardinho Dantas made a kick off. Şamaxı Bankirlər's Mänsur Rzayev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Dantas in the 55th minute of play. Teymur Dünyamaliyev kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Colombo A.C.'s Aitor Cintron was substituted for Lauro Neiva. Colombo A.C.'s Oséas Camargo was substituted for Alfredo Meireles. After 63 played minutes Şamaxı Bankirlər got a freekick which was hit by Teymur Dünyamaliyev. In the 73rd minute Ricardinho Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mänsur Rzayev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Şamaxı Bankirlər's goal looked a bit too open when Aitor Cintron came free, but Mänsur Rzayev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mänsur Rzayev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Dantas in the 83rd minute of play.
