The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Uriel Malvin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Ozan Sureha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Harriet got free with Oséas Albuquerque in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes into the match, Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ladislao Harriet. Ladislao Harriet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Oséas Albuquerque made a huge save. 12 minutes into the match, Empire of Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Ozan Sureha came free, but Uriel Malvin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Cleto Matxin made a precise shot to the right of Uriel Malvin. Empire of Soccer's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Empire of Soccer were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Jukatriz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Furo Bolas took the corner. After taking down the ball on Empire of Soccer's corner Teukros Diplarakos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oséas Albuquerque quite easily take care of the ball. Oséas Albuquerque came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Empire of Soccer's Xanthos Fikias. But to his dismay, Xanthos Fikias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 26 minutes into the game, Ladislao Harriet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Oséas Albuquerque. Ladislao Harriet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Empire of Soccer's goalkeeper Uriel Malvin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ladislao Harriet might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oséas Albuquerque. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ladislao Harriet ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xanthos Fikias in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oséas Albuquerque prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natanael Furlan in the 42nd minute of play forced Empire of Soccer's goalkeeper Uriel Malvin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Ladislao Harriet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cleto Matxin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cássio de Alcântara in the 50th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uriel Malvin saved Empire of Soccer from getting behind. In the 53rd minute of the match Jukatriz got a corner. Empire of Soccer's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Augusto Alcântara ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ladislao Harriet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oséas Albuquerque having to make a save. Oséas Albuquerque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Harriet, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58thth minute of the game Xanthos Fikias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jukatriz's Oséas Albuquerque was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cássio de Alcântara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Uriel Malvin made a huge save. Uriel Malvin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Matxin, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 69 minutes into the game, Xanthos Fikias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Oséas Albuquerque was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Jukatriz's Arif Ozan Sureha got a free kick in the 74th minute. Natanael Furlan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Uriel Malvin made a huge save. Uriel Malvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Matxin in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Cássio de Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Uriel Malvin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Uriel Malvin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Matxin, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute of the match, Cássio de Alcântara got a very nice opportunity to score, but Uriel Malvin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Empire of Soccer getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Intriago Migolla hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Cleto Matxin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Uriel Malvin. That made the score 4-3 in the 93 minute of play.
Empire of Soccer's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
