Queluzito's Paulo José Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Ariando in the 10th minute of play. In the 10th minute Godfredo Ariando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo José Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute of the match, Aírton de Amaral tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adan Perfecto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mazinho Lara hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Omar Gagriel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Queluzito booed when KaoS Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Merentiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Godfredo Ariando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo José Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Bastiaro in the 25th minute of play forced Queluzito's goalkeeper Paulo José Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, one of Queluzito:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With his leg Adan Perfecto managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Queluzito's Nando Lima fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet as Percy Cabral kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adan Perfecto. That made the score 1-0 in the 46 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Tomé Cerezo hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Queluzito's goalkeeper Paulo José Rodrigues, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute, José Paulo Corrêa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adan Perfecto came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Queluzito's Aírton de Amaral. But to his dismay, Aírton de Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 65th minute, Nando Lima ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adan Perfecto was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Paulo José Rodrigues made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lisandro Bastiaro in the 69th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Queluzito's goalkeeper Paulo José Rodrigues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lisandro Bastiaro. Adan Perfecto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Percy Cabral in the 75th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Miguel Merentiel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo José Rodrigues was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After having played for 80 minutes, Aírton de Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Queluzito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aírton de Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Ariando in the 84th minute of play forced Queluzito's goalkeeper Paulo José Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute KaoS Futbol Club were awarded a corner. Miguel Merentiel went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led KaoS Futbol Club's Miguel Merentiel to fire away a dangerous shot which Paulo José Rodrigues despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. KaoS Futbol Club's Lisandro Bastiaro got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th match minute, KaoS Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Bastiaro to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Nando Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aírton de Amaral during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd match minute, Queluzito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aírton de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to KaoS Futbol Club getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Lisandro Bastiaro hit a great ball.
