Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes, Antun Bunić made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Branko Furmek hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Jure Cenov kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Patricio Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alen Kovič was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as --Sibenik--'s Antun Bunić slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-1 after 19 minutes of play. Alen Kovič showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in --Sibenik--'s zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alen Kovič came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antun Bunić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. When Borislav Tvrdić came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the --Sibenik-- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Borislav Tvrdić couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, --Sibenik--'s Jasenko Rogošić sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, --Sibenik--'s Nikola Haramina dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Salvador Gisbert hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borislav Tvrdić in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Meliton Kovič hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antun Bunić in the 59th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jasenko Rogošić went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Alen Kovič to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 70th minute, Jasenko Rogošić left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The --Sibenik-- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. After a rather tough play, --Sibenik--'s Domagoj Kovič got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 74th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Borislav Tvrdić scored 6-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alen Kovič stood somewhat misplaced when Tomas Illescas came free in front of goal and shot 6-2 to the left of him in the 89 minute. Jonathan Venegas's late challenge caught a --Sibenik--'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Venegas helped the player get up and apologised. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that --Sibenik-- were the better team. --Sibenik--'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
