Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Alp Torehan got free with Thiago Pliego in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 10 minutes, Nafiz Revis made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Chile's Thiago Pliego tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Hatayspor getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Hadi Okay hit a great ball. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when İbrahim Ethem Acaralp tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute, Chile's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after İbrahim Ethem Acaralp fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hatayspor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Baskın Türker in the 17th minute. A nice corner shot did that Baskın Türker got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thiago Pliego quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Orlando Casaus hit a great ball. Baskın Türker kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Güvenç Taşan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alp Torehans short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Thiago Pliego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Güvenç Taşan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Güvenç Taşan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Güvenç Taşan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nafiz Revis in the 42nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nafiz Revis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

51 minutes into the match, Hatayspor's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Güvenç Taşan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute Nafiz Revis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's Guillermo Fontirroig was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Güvenç Taşan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Güvenç Taşan stood somewhat misplaced when Mariano Lacasa came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 60 minute. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Güvenç Taşan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa scored 2-4 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Güvenç Taşan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Chile's Orlando Casaus got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chile walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
