Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francisco Seco kicked off to start the match. With his leg Joaquin Gayoso managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when CD Municipal's Xan Revillas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 11th minute, Montxo Avecilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Francisco Seco sped through CD Municipal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sagrario Paniagua. In the 17th minute, Maximiliano Escribano made a precise shot to the right of Sagrario Paniagua. CD Municipal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sagrario Paniagua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 25th minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xan Revillas in the 28th minute. 33 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Sagrario Paniagua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xan Revillas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sagrario Paniagua saved CD Municipal from getting behind. After a rather tough play, CD Municipal's Gaztea Rubin got a free kick in the 40th minute. Sagrario Paniagua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Orland Urria made in the 43rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xan Revillas to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Gisbert came free, but Sagrario Paniagua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sagrario Paniagua made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 54th minute. The supporters of Uruguay booed when CD Municipal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xan Revillas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Montxo Avecilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximiliano Escribano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sagrario Paniagua having to make a save. Francisco Seco had several of the CD Municipal's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Sagrario Paniagua as he didn't even see the shot coming. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Maximiliano Escribano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sagrario Paniagua was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Escribano got free with Sagrario Paniagua in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Gisbert came free, but Sagrario Paniagua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xan Revillas in the 80th minute of play. Maximiliano Escribano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Sagrario Paniagua when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Seco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sagrario Paniagua breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CD Municipal's Sagrario Paniagua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 88th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Maximiliano Escribano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sagrario Paniagua was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. When the match was over Uruguay could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CD Municipal throughout the match.
