With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Eduardo Gomes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luiz Eduardo Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute of the game João Augusto Silva made a throw-in which Süleyman Çakır played forward. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Julian Murillo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Luiz Eduardo Gomes. In the 42nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eduardo Gomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhu Zhen ran back to his position shaking his head. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zhu Zhen to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Süleyman Çakır came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efraim Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute Alonso Berganza suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After 68 minutes, Süleyman Çakır mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Süleyman Çakır in the 89th minute. A nice corner shot did that Süleyman Çakır got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ.
