Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ahmet Hamdi Kayıhan got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute of the match, Lars Waller got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benito Sanz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Costa Rica's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Silvano Silbestre received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Silvano Silbestre slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. After 10 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. In the 11th minute, Dimitris Pantelakos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruperto Ekaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, The Big Bang Team Jr.'s goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Ambrosio Abancens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Costa Rica's Axel Tasis in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Hamdi Kayıhan in the 39th minute of play. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ambrosio Abancens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 54th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 60th minute. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Waller, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After having played for 63 minutes, Ruperto Ekaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Big Bang Team Jr.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Ekaitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ambrosio Abancens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Puig in the 65th minute. The The Big Bang Team Jr. fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when The Big Bang Team Jr.'s Ahmet Hamdi Kayıhan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ruperto Ekaitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ambrosio Abancens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Lars Waller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 83rd minute Lautaro Puig collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. Rodolfo Umea charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Umea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodolfo Umea kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Ahmet Hamdi Kayıhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when The Big Bang Team Jr.'s Osvaldo Ferrando fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. The supporters of The Big Bang Team Jr. booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osvaldo Ferrando took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
