Kevin Mastache took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Lama. Marcos Lama dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A hard shot by Song Xing from long distance, 11 minutes into the match, got Pedro Manzanares's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Patora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erik Persson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. 26 minutes into the game, Veth Crystals's Erik Persson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 31 minutes of play, Veth Crystals's Gwidon Patora made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Lama showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 37th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Veth Crystals's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Marcos Lama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when He Lin Di came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Lama having to make a save. 47 minutes into the match, Veth Crystals's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Marcos Lama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gwidon Patora to strike the kick off in the second half. With 52 minutes on the clock, Nedas Jameikis commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Marcos Lama had in the 56thth minute some difficulties stopping Axel Montenegro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Gwidon Patora struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veth Crystals. Santino Seco came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marcos Lama could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Ciempa in the 68th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gwidon Patora went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Veth Crystals made a substitution. Sebastian Wierzchowski replaced He Lin Di. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Patora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Lama came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Abram Secada. But to his dismay, Abram Secada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. With a little luck, Veth Crystals's Marcos Lama got control of the ball when Santino Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, Veth Crystals was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Januszewski to maneuver through the defense. When Abram Secada came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abram Secada couldn't finish the play. Abram Secada's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Marcos Lama skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Abram Secada's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcos Lama firmly grabbed it by the left post. Abram Secada in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcos Lama, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 93 minutes into the match, Veth Crystals's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Secada came free, but Marcos Lama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Veth Crystals's Juliusz Januszewski got a free kick in the 94th minute. Abram Secada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Marcos Lama made a huge save.
