Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alican Sungurbay made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, ESKİŞEHİRSPOR's Alican Sungurbay got a free kick in the 3rd minute. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Zafer Oncel with Raik Özdener as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Alican Sungurbay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Sancho during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ESKİŞEHİRSPOR booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Raik Özdener hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 59th minute of the match Sami Işık completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Okan Akdoğan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 84th minute, Raik Özdener got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Battal Özguc managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESKİŞEHİRSPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Battal Özguc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the game, Raik Özdener cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 92 minutes into the match, ESKİŞEHİRSPOR's goalkeeper Okan Akdoğan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Villa. After 94 played minutes ESKİŞEHİRSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Yavuz Selim Işık. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Honduras walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
