In the 3rd minute Allan da Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erland Spetz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 4 minutes, Frans Aleberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kurdistan CF and the Clube do Remo MZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erland Spetz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Alf Skräddare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Kurdistan CF's Christoffer Salkvist got a free kick in the 17th minute. Victor de Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erland Spetz having to interfere. 39 minutes into the game, Sven-Oskar Hök was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kurdistan CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clube do Remo MZ the free kick. The supporters of Clube do Remo MZ booed when Kurdistan CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Oskar Hök didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Zonta didn't quite understand what happened when in the 40 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Erland Spetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmyr Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor de Sena in the 47th minute of play forced Kurdistan CF's goalkeeper Erland Spetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frans Aleberg made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Doriva Pinho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erland Spetz. Doriva Pinho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Tiaguinho Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Aleberg in the 56th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 58 minutes into the game, when Christoffer Salkvist put in a rough tackle. Victor de Sena took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erland Spetz. Erland Spetz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. With a little luck, Kurdistan CF's Erland Spetz got control of the ball when Victor de Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th minute, Clube do Remo MZ's Victor de Sena dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. 72 minutes into the match, Victor de Sena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erland Spetz. Kurdistan CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor de Sena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Gustav Engström charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustav Engström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alf Skräddare in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiaguinho Netto saved Clube do Remo MZ from getting behind. In the 88th minute, Sven-Oskar Hök hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor de Sena, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bernt Nyström's late challenge caught a Clube do Remo MZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernt Nyström helped the player get up and apologised. Bernt Nyström hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Clube do Remo MZ's Doriva Pinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erland Spetz. Erland Spetz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-7.
