Victor de Sena was slow to take the kick. During this time Clube do Remo MZ's players had a chance to rest. If Gil Secco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor de Sena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Urizar having to make a save. In the 19th minute, Victor de Sena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th match minute, Atletico Aragua FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Micael Gregorio to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Clube do Remo MZ's Victor de Sena got a free kick in the 26th minute. Flavio Urizar came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Clube do Remo MZ's Victor de Sena. But to his dismay, Victor de Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor de Sena in the 34th minute of play forced Atletico Aragua FC's goalkeeper Flavio Urizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manfredo Breckenfeld came free, but Flavio Urizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Urizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo Breckenfeld, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 47th match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Sena to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Victor de Sena got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Flavio Urizar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor de Sena in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goalkeeper Flavio Urizar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manfredo Breckenfeld. When Manfredo Breckenfeld in the 81st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Flavio Urizar kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-3 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Victor de Sena succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 88th playminute. Clube do Remo MZ played a much better game than Atletico Aragua FC and deserved their victory. The Atletico Aragua FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
