Erland Spetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dário Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes of play, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Ronaldo Alcântara made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erland Spetz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edward Eriksson made in the 21st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ingvar Jönsson. After 22 minutes, Ronaldo Alcântara made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Näshulta FK's Erland Spetz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ronaldo Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronaldo Alcântara scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erland Spetz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 33 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Alcântara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erland Spetz. Näshulta FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Alcântara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Martins in the 36th minute of play forced Näshulta FK's goalkeeper Erland Spetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erland Spetz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronaldo Alcântara went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Alcântara in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erland Spetz saved Näshulta FK from getting behind. Ferreira Lopes MZC's Ronaldo Alcântara got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.
Ferreira Lopes MZC's Herald Depauw was substituted for Luka Beaugendre. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fred Lidman made a kick off. After 59 minutes, Marcus Fogel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Näshulta FK and the Ferreira Lopes MZC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomé Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Fogel in the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Ronaldo Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erland Spetz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ferreira Lopes MZC booed when Näshulta FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tage Göransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dedé Paiva, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Marcus Fogel was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Marcus Fogel hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Erland Spetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Ronaldo Alcântara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erland Spetz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. A collision led to Ferreira Lopes MZC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Herald Depauw hit a great ball. Franklin Souza's late challenge caught a Näshulta FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Franklin Souza helped the player get up and apologised. Franklin Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Näshulta FK's Johan Almkvist broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ferreira Lopes MZC played a much better game than Näshulta FK and deserved their victory. The Näshulta FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
