Bengt Håning showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciarán McCollion, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ödåkra FK! The goalkeeper, Bengt Håning, was totally fooled by Knocktemple FC's Branigan Mullan, who 11 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a rather tough play, Knocktemple FC's Dewain Tracy got a free kick in the 18th minute. The supporters of Knocktemple FC booed when Ödåkra FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Algot Vallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Brazil McPaul notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ödåkra FK's Bengt Håning. Bengt Håning was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brazil McPaul got free with Bengt Håning in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 33 minutes, Hubert Hansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ödåkra FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hubert Hansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Rudolf Dahlbom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ödåkra FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Rudolf Dahlbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boyle McJohn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hubert Hansson struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Boyle McJohn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ödåkra FK. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Corey Gollogley during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ödåkra FK's Hubert Hansson got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 49th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Marcus Damm hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciarán McCollion to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ciarán McCollion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute of the match, Kurt Hök tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Boyle McJohn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Knocktemple FC's Dolan McBrandon got a free kick in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Marcus Damm sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Boyle McJohn threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Marcus Damm this time. After some careless play in the Ödåkra FK defense, Ciarán McCollion kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengt Håning. The Ödåkra FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengt Håning should have stopped the shot. Brazil McPaul scored 5-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bengt Håning, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Críostóir McWilliam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dewain Tracy hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Boyle McJohn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Hansson in the 84th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ödåkra FK's zone, Brazil McPaul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt Håning came out of the goal and Brazil McPaul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Algot Vallgren kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ödåkra FK's zone, Brazil McPaul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt Håning came out of the goal and Brazil McPaul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kurt Hök fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boyle McJohn having to interfere. The referee gave Knocktemple FC a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Branigan Mullan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ödåkra FK's Bengt Håning. 6-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Knocktemple FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ödåkra FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
