Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Marcelino Tiniebra fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bankero FC's protests and gave Marcelino Tiniebra a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd minute, Marcelino Tiniebra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Sazon came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Abbott AFC's Adolfo Eufrasio. But to his dismay, Adolfo Eufrasio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After having played for 7 minutes, Bernardino Bertin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bankero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardino Bertin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Marcelino Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Bankero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Aballe came free, but Eliseo Sazon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abbott AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adolfo Eufrasio in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Bertin in the 19th minute of play forced Abbott AFC's goalkeeper Alejo Leheren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejo Leheren didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bankero FC's Bernardino Bertin shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Marcelino Tiniebra might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejo Leheren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcelino Tiniebra ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ismael Frederico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Urbano Ortzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Urbano Ortzi came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Bankero FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbano Ortzi couldn't finish the play. Ismael Frederico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alejo Leheren having to make a save. When Abbott AFC's Americo Aballe in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bankero FC's goalie prevented a goal. Eliseo Sazon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Aballe, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute Americo Aballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Sazon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Americo Aballe was the one to do the kick off. Urbano Ortzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Abbott AFC's Marcial Rius got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute, Bernardino Bertin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alejo Leheren was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 57 minutes into the match, Abbott AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Frederico came free, but Alejo Leheren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abbott AFC were furious when Severiano Obano was red carded, 58 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Abbott AFC! Alejo Leheren had in the 59thth minute some difficulties stopping Urbano Ortzi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Bernardino Bertin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Abbott AFC's goalkeeper Alejo Leheren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelino Tiniebra. Urbano Ortzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute, Urbano Ortzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bankero FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Alejo Leheren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Bertin in the 76th minute of play. Humberto Lehoi's late challenge caught a Abbott AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Humberto Lehoi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th match minute, Bankero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Lehoi to maneuver through the defense. Alejo Leheren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Urbano Ortzi's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Tadeo Donio notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Bankero FC's Eliseo Sazon. Eliseo Sazon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernardino Bertin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-4 in the 90th playminute. Bernardino Bertin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Leheren having to interfere. Vinicio Modestio hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Eliseo Sazon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Donio, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The Abbott AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bankero FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
