Wesley Rush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquinho Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th match minute, FC Amsterdam Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Love to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes, KFC Uerdingen 05's Arseniy Bokatyuk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wesley Rush came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KFC Uerdingen 05 reached it. Wesley Rush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Bannenbusch in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Simon Bannenbusch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wesley Rush saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wesley Rush took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Bannenbusch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simon Bannenbusch took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wesley Rush. Wesley Rush dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 29th match minute, FC Amsterdam Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Love to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquinho Alagoano in the 30th minute of play forced FC Amsterdam Wanderers's goalkeeper Wesley Rush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ashley Barron during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 33 minutes into the game, Adrian Rowling was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Amsterdam Wanderers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KFC Uerdingen 05 the free kick. Adrian Rowling kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Bannenbusch in the 35th minute of play forced FC Amsterdam Wanderers's goalkeeper Wesley Rush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KFC Uerdingen 05's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arseniy Bokatyuk in the 36th minute. Simon Bannenbusch hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the FC Amsterdam Wanderers defense, Wofgang Kopitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wesley Rush. The FC Amsterdam Wanderers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wesley Rush should have stopped the shot. Wesley Rush took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhao Fei Ling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lenny Theobald hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. KFC Uerdingen 05's Wofgang Kopitz got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Wesley Rush was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Simon Bannenbusch showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 51 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Amsterdam Wanderers's zone, Heinz Rummel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wesley Rush came out of the goal and Heinz Rummel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Arseniy Bokatyuk reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wesley Rush. The goal made the score 0-5. After a rather tough play, KFC Uerdingen 05's Arseniy Bokatyuk got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Wesley Rush made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wofgang Kopitz in the 65th minute. Wesley Rush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Alagoano in the 69th minute of play. Simon Bannenbusch received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wesley Rush came out and tried to block the shot, but Simon Bannenbusch slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, FC Amsterdam Wanderers's Lenny Theobald got a free kick in the 75th minute. Wesley Rush acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 76th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Arseniy Bokatyuk. FC Amsterdam Wanderers's Wesley Rush proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save FC Amsterdam Wanderers from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute, KFC Uerdingen 05's Wofgang Kopitz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Wesley Rush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquinho Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 94th minute, Arseniy Bokatyuk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The FC Amsterdam Wanderers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KFC Uerdingen 05 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
