Corinthians FC's Torstein Stenseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Hejkal in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Soběslav was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gláuber Matos to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Corinthians FC booed when Soběslav was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gláuber Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Soběslav's goalkeeper Clemente Dante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francis Curtis. Francis Curtis hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Gláuber Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soběslav's supporters rose to their feet, but Gláuber Matos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torstein Stenseth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Soběslav's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Niceto Ramirez 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Torstein Stenseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gláuber Matos in the 28th minute of play. Torstein Stenseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Hejkal, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Corinthians FC's Torstein Stenseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gláuber Matos in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Rodney Renwick was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corinthians FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soběslav the free kick. In the 37th minute Soběslav were awarded a corner. Tomáš Gajdoš went to the cornerflag to take it. Oto Jágr made a great header on Soběslav's corner, it was just that Corinthians FC's Torstein Stenseth managed to reach the ball for a save. Corinthians FC's Rodney Renwick got his second yellow card of the match in the 39th minute. The referee ordered Rodney Renwick off the ground. Rodney Renwick kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gláuber Matos in the 43rd minute of play forced Corinthians FC's goalkeeper Torstein Stenseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, one of Soběslav:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Clemente Dante had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Len Woolford's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gláuber Matos to make the kick off. Oto Jágr scored 1-1 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torstein Stenseth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th minute of the match, Tomáš Gajdoš tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Torstein Stenseth saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 59th match minute, Soběslav was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gláuber Matos to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Tomáš Gajdoš got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Corinthians FC's Torstein Stenseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oto Jágr in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Corinthians FC's Stu Dunning got a free kick in the 65th minute. Torstein Stenseth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Hejkal in the 68th minute. Gláuber Matos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torstein Stenseth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Torstein Stenseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gláuber Matos in the 73rd minute of play. Matěj Čadek was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 74 minutes into the match. After 75 played minutes Soběslav got a freekick which was hit by Matěj Čadek. In the 77thth minute of the game Francis Curtis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soběslav's Clemente Dante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Soběslav's zone, Francis Curtis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Dante came out of the goal and Francis Curtis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomáš Gajdoš struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Torstein Stenseth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soběslav. Gláuber Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Torstein Stenseth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jiří Indrák in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torstein Stenseth saved Corinthians FC from getting behind. After 93 minutes, Jiří Indrák made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Corinthians FC's Torstein Stenseth tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute, Oto Jágr fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Soběslav's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
