In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Parma Exiles's goalkeeper Pawel Makarewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Russ Hunter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennie Rusby having to interfere. If Charlie Monk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Parma Exiles's Pawel Makarewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luiz de Moraes in the 31st minute of play. Sacha Wellings hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Pawel Makarewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luiz de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Heavenly Hooters left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Parma Exiles.
