Neil Rigg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pawel Makarewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francis Curtis in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute Neil Rigg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Makarewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Francis Curtis put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Pawel Makarewicz. In the 21st match minute, Corinthians FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Rudela to maneuver through the defense. Pawel Makarewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francis Curtis, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Parma Exiles! When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Francis Curtis sped through Parma Exiles's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pawel Makarewicz. Russ Hunters short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Baltazar Pemjean to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 40 minutes of play, Corinthians FC's Neil Rigg made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pawel Makarewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francis Curtis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pawel Makarewicz having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Russ Hunter to strike the kick off in the second half. Francis Curtis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Pawel Makarewicz made a huge save. 53 minutes into the match, Parma Exiles's goalkeeper Pawel Makarewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Len Woolford. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neil Rigg in the 56th minute of play forced Parma Exiles's goalkeeper Pawel Makarewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ashley Knight-Percival might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baltazar Pemjean. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The corner led Corinthians FC's Zackary Delaney to fire away a dangerous shot which Pawel Makarewicz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Corinthians FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
