Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sporting Royal's Rony Dudu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Codruț Velicu came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Royal's Alin Dragalina. But to his dismay, Alin Dragalina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Lucrețiu Roșeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ion Lupu, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Sporting Royal's Lucrețiu Roșeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Balc in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sporting Royal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Altino Moutinho was slow to take the kick. During this time Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's players had a chance to rest. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ion Lupu in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucrețiu Roșeanu saved Sporting Royal from getting behind. 2-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Rony Dudu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rony Dudu 19 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. Lucrețiu Roșeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavian Balc in the 24th minute of the match. Codruț Velicu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rony Dudu in the 31st minute. After 33 minutes of play, Sporting Royal's Rony Dudu made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Codruț Velicu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Codruț Velicu was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Virgil Panciu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Virgil Panciu really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Sporting Royal's Lucrețiu Roșeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ion Lupu in the 43rd minute of play. Ion Lupu hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the game, Virgil Panciu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Codruț Velicu. Virgil Panciu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ion Lupu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Octavian Balc dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucrețiu Roșeanu, 7-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Răuţă got free with Lucrețiu Roșeanu in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Rony Dudu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Codruț Velicu was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ion Lupu got free with Lucrețiu Roșeanu in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Renan Trancoso fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's protests and gave Renan Trancoso a yellow card for diving instead. Renan Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Codruț Velicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Gherasescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rony Dudu in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Codruț Velicu saved Batalionul U23 Dorobanti from getting behind. Codruț Velicu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Octavian Gherasescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Royal's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavian Gherasescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Codruț Velicu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th match minute, Sporting Royal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alin Dragalina to maneuver through the defense. Sporting Royal made a substitution. Bum-Kun Kun replaced Acácio Cunha. Gavril Bobei hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Octavian Gherasescu took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Codruț Velicu. Codruț Velicu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-1. In the 92ndth minute of the game Rony Dudu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Codruț Velicu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sporting Royal had played much better football throughout.
