After having played for 10 minutes, Yuan Guo Xi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuan Guo Xi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Adam Rywin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Navigatii Bacău's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Batalionul U23 Dorobanti the free kick. Adam Rywin hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. A collision led to Batalionul U23 Dorobanti getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Albano Faron hit a great ball. Navigatii Bacău's Inocencio Barea couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Batalionul U23 Dorobanti. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Blas Brun put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Yoyo Doro. 31 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Brun came free, but Yoyo Doro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 played minutes Navigatii Bacău got a freekick which was hit by Jannik Roblaa. In the 45th minute, Adam Rywin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Navigatii Bacău fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yuan Guo Xi to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Yuan Guo Xi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristian Mirciu. Navigatii Bacău's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yuan Guo Xi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 55th minute Yuan Guo Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Mirciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eric Şneapotă fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Navigatii Bacău's protests and gave Eric Şneapotă a yellow card for diving instead. Cristian Mirciu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yuan Guo Xi's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Yoyo Doro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Navigatii Bacău booed when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelu Gorunescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yuan Guo Xi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristian Mirciu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Batalionul U23 Dorobanti booed when Navigatii Bacău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Tutunaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Navigatii Bacău's goal looked a bit too open when Octavian Balc came free, but Cristian Mirciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Quique Doro in the 67th minute. A nice corner shot did that Quique Doro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristian Mirciu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Navigatii Bacău booed when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavril Bobei didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st match minute, Navigatii Bacău was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blas Brun to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Mirciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Balc, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 73 minutes Navigatii Bacău's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Quique Doro who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Yuan Guo Xi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristian Mirciu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Yuan Guo Xi sped through Navigatii Bacău's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristian Mirciu. When Blas Brun came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Navigatii Bacău fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Brun couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Blas Brun put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Yoyo Doro. Cristian Mirciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Balc, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Navigatii Bacău had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
