ЦСКА's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladislav Ierovich in the 18th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergey Gershkovich stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. ЦСКА made a substitution. Silvestr Kurshakov replaced Sergey Gershkovich. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vladislav Ierovich was slow to take the kick. During this time ЦСКА's players had a chance to rest. 87 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 姚昆文. ЦСКА's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The ЦСКА fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
