The supporters of Yıldız Bakkaliyesi booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Bo Brummer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yıldız Bakkaliyesi's Ecevit Hazarbeyoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 12th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ecevit Hazarbeyoğlu. Ecevit Hazarbeyoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 16th minute, Luca Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Brummer came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Brummer in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Yıldız Bakkaliyesi booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Yıldız Bakkaliyesi's Bo Brummer. But to his dismay, Bo Brummer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Yıldız Bakkaliyesi booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Cazalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerome Rohrer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yıldız Bakkaliyesi's Vilhelm Jonasson was substituted for Bo Brummer. Yıldız Bakkaliyesi's Segundo Stephen was substituted for Jerome Rohrer. In the 38th minute, Ahmet Ceyhan Topçay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Macos Graciani made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luca Zorita immediately put the ball in play. Vilhelm Jonasson might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vilhelm Jonasson ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Vilhelm Jonasson struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yıldız Bakkaliyesi. In the 54th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ecevit Hazarbeyoğlu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Luca Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yıldız Bakkaliyesi's Ecevit Hazarbeyoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 64th minute of play. Ecevit Hazarbeyoğlu made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Yıldız Bakkaliyesi's Abayhan Erbaş was substituted for Vilhelm Jonasson. The throw-in from Macos Graciani in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Yıldız Bakkaliyesi's Ahmet Ceyhan Topçay. 70 minutes into the match, Yıldız Bakkaliyesi's goalkeeper Ecevit Hazarbeyoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 71st minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ecevit Hazarbeyoğlu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 73 minutes into the match, Abayhan Erbaş notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ecevit Hazarbeyoğlu, 2-3. Yıldız Bakkaliyesi's Ecevit Hazarbeyoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Yıldız Bakkaliyesi from getting a goal against them. After 81 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Facundo Cadaval. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abayhan Erbaş in the 84th minute of play. Mexico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
