Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) West Ham's Severo Laurentzi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 11 minutes into the match, West Ham's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Hayden Baker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. The crowd rose to their feet as West Ham's J.C. Smith slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 2-0 after 13 minutes of play. Luca Espinar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hayden Baker. West Ham's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Laurentius Mändli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. West Ham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. The supporters of Honduras booed when West Ham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurentius Mändli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Lautaro Navarro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Severo Laurentzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the match, J.C. Smith tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lautaro Navarro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 32nd minute of play forced West Ham's goalkeeper Hayden Baker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 minutes, Severo Laurentzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the West Ham and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, West Ham's Severo Laurentzi got a free kick in the 35th minute. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hayden Baker. Hayden Baker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Luca Espinar kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Honduras's attentive Christian Sancho managed to snatch the ball when Stefan Camfield made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, West Ham's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Hayden Baker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Severo Laurentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Esteban Carvallo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Bryan Elwick shot from long distance after 59 played minutes, a shot that Lautaro Navarro with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. West Ham's Hayden Baker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 61st minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when J.C. Smith came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luckas Hombroeckx kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. West Ham's Luckas Hombroeckx suffered a concussion in the 79th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The supporters of West Ham booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes West Ham got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Callery. 83 minutes into the match, West Ham's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Hayden Baker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from J.C. Smith, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. J.C. Smith hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Hayden Baker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 89th minute of the match. If J.C. Smith had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 95 minutes, Ivan Navarro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the West Ham players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. West Ham's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
