The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 11th minute of the match, Güneş Süleyman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Hami Erginer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Hami Erginer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güneş Süleyman in the 18th minute of play. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 25 minutes Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. In the 31stth minute of the game Güneş Süleyman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Güneş Süleyman took the corner. In the 35th minute Güneş Süleyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Burak Çavuş hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Mehmet Emrah Sarıdoğan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Mustafa Kemal Selman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Hilmi Uyaralp hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Muhammet Hadim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mustafa Kemal Selman made a kick off. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Güneş Süleyman's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. The corner ended in Güneş Süleyman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. The audience was convinced that Mustafa Kemal Selman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Agustín Saelices could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Güneş Süleyman in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Mustafa Kemal Selman kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Mustafa Kemal Selman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Mustafa Kemal Selman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 95 minutes, Muhammet Hadim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Muhammet Hadim hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
