Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kyle Davies took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Harmless Newbies's Bengt-Rune Lundgren in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bengt-Rune Lundgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bengt-Rune Lundgren's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Jordan Porter took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leonardo Åkesson. Harmless Newbies's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Jordan Porter got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Bruno Barrett was a little too slow when Bengt-Rune Lundgren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 32nd minute, Kyle Davies got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd match minute, Harmless Newbies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kåre Bank to maneuver through the defense. After 34 played minutes, Curacao's Kyle Davies shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonardo Åkesson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Curacao reached it. Charles Cox's late challenge caught a Harmless Newbies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Charles Cox helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Harmless Newbies getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Karl-Michael Fanström hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, Harmless Newbies's goal looked a bit too open when Troy Kennedy came free, but Leonardo Åkesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Bengt-Rune Lundgren made the kick off in the second half. Harmless Newbies's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Kyle Davies scored to the left of an out of position Leonardo Åkesson, making the score, 2-1. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Stanley Wallace hit a great ball. Harmless Newbies's Ernst Lind has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute Bengt-Rune Lundgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per Pihlblad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. In the 75th minute Kyle Davies shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Åkesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Harmless Newbies getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ingvar Pil hit a great ball. Kyle Davies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harmless Newbies walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
