All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Bart Pellen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Silvano Porfirio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Leahu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bart Pellen, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Danilo Testa was a little too slow when Samet Ağar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 1-1. Candelaria FC's Christian Gómez was substituted for Sven-Olof Sjöberg. Candelaria FC made a substitution. Antonio Alzamendi replaced Bart Pellen. Christian Gómez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Leahu having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game Okanalp Özdil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. YKE's Felix Leahu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Samet Ağar sped through Candelaria FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Danilo Testa.

The F.C. YKE players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
