An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepe Argento in the 25th minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 55th minute, Stamen Tekeliev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ivan Drago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Sellberg in the 92nd minute of the match. With his leg Zé Roberto Teixeira managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Lost Boys Sports Academy's Johan Sellberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
