If Damaso Lico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yerko Walls made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 9th minute of play. Yerko Walls took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Miralles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute of the match Panama got a corner. Alcones FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abraham Alguacil ran over to the corner to take the kick. Yerko Walls stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento got a free kick in the 19th minute. Yerko Walls showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abraham Alguacil to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panama's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Damaso Lico scored to the left of an out of position Marcos Cotilla, making the score, 1-0. In the 41st match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Alcones FC's Jonathan Txaran got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the game, Panama's Tomas Berganza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yerko Walls made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damaso Lico made a kick off. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denis Goyo went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Freddy Maxin kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After having played for 59 minutes, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filip Ćetić kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Alcones FC's Yerko Walls played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 69th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Goyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Yerko Walls in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yerko Walls showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Miralles, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 78 minutes of play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yerko Walls was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Yerko Walls tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 96 played minutes Alcones FC got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Dimas. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Yerko Walls successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
