Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dido Gorolomov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Koit Vaikma. Koit Vaikma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Koit Vaikma having to interfere. If Dido Gorolomov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dido Gorolomov got free with Julio Vera in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dido Gorolomov in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Koit Vaikma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Vila's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Vila's Koit Vaikma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 37th minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Luis Andino notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Vila's Koit Vaikma. Koit Vaikma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dido Gorolomov to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Koit Vaikma having to interfere. If Durvalino Vinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ecuador fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vila's goalkeeper Koit Vaikma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Koit Vaikma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 78th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Koit Vaikma. Koit Vaikma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Koit Vaikma in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th minute Durvalino Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
