Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Pankracy Setara dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thiago Pliego, 1-0. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Fotis Mantzouranas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10th minute of the match SC Otten got a corner. Chile's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jones Cudmore ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cícero Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cícero Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Setara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Norman Ackermann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norman Ackermann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Cícero Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of play. Pankracy Setara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. Pankracy Setara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Chile's Gerardo Pozo got a free kick in the 41st minute. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norman Ackermann in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Francisco Carballar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norman Ackermann in the 47th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Setara in the 54th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Cícero Proença made a huge save. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cícero Proença made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target.
