Leo Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Leo Herrera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leo Herrera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Lapurdi in the 17th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fidel Bertran in the 18th minute. The corner led to NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's Felix Ihazintu getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Leo Herrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho scored 0-5 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leo Herrera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leo Herrera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Daniel Zorita scored 0-6 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leo Herrera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leo Herrera came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 51st minute. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leo Herrera made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leo Herrera, 0-9. A collision led to NANANANA LIIIDEER FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Haroldo Blai hit a great ball. Luis Andinos short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Leo Herrera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's Leo Herrera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save NANANANA LIIIDEER FC from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Toribio in the 75th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Herrera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. Leo Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than NANANANA LIIIDEER FC throughout the match.
