But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alan Vides couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Alan Vides's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sérgio de Azevedo was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Angelillo Di Maria put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sérgio de Azevedo. Dedé Alagoano charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dedé Alagoano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC NORDLAND booed when BMB IMOVEIS SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedé Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Alan Vides fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Angelillo Di Maria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sérgio de Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelillo Di Maria in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute, Donato Marques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BMB IMOVEIS SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Sérgio de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alan Vides's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Sérgio de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Vides in the 31st minute of the match. In the 31st match minute, BMB IMOVEIS SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renan Madureira to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute of the match, Alan Vides tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sérgio de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alan Vides's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Angelillo Di Maria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Angelillo Di Maria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio de Azevedo having to interfere. In the 42nd minute Alan Vides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelillo Di Maria got free with Sérgio de Azevedo in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelillo Di Maria made a kick off. After 54 played minutes BMB IMOVEIS SC got a freekick which was hit by Renan Madureira. After 55 played minutes, FC NORDLAND's Alex Hernaiz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC NORDLAND reached it. 58 minutes into the match, FC NORDLAND's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Vides came free, but Joar Frisck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelillo Di Maria in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sérgio de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sérgio de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Vides in the 63rd minute of the match. FC NORDLAND were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after BMB IMOVEIS SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alex Hernaiz took the corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, André Luiz Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot. BMB IMOVEIS SC's supporters rose to their feet, but André Luiz Vides was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joar Frisck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donato Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sérgio de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birger Benett, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Sérgio de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelillo Di Maria's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 82nd minute, Donato Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelillo Di Maria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sérgio de Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Angelillo Di Maria scored 3-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sérgio de Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelillo Di Maria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sérgio de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sérgio de Azevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Birger Benett went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. FC NORDLAND's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
