Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 11 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Willy Van Linthout was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luca Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willy Van Linthout having to interfere. Joseph Neels scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th match minute, Bruly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luckas Cromefeldt to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Mancebo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 30 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bruly's Willy Van Linthout tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Willy Van Linthout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Willy Van Linthout was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Willy Van Linthout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 41st minute. Mexico's Joel Gaona was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Willy Van Linthout in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Willy Van Linthout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 44th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Bruly got a freekick which was hit by Alek Thys.

51 minutes into the game, Phillipe Soetemans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bruly's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. In the 51st match minute, Bruly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phillipe Soetemans to maneuver through the defense. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Bruly's goalkeeper Willy Van Linthout had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Facundo Cadaval. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Willy Van Linthout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 65th minute of the match. The Mexico fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Mexico's Alberto Tafalla looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Bruly's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willy Van Linthout came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Willy Van Linthout however easily saved by the left post. After 82 played minutes Bruly got a freekick which was hit by Alek Thys. Lautaro Mancebo in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Willy Van Linthout, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 85 minutes into the match, Bruly's goalkeeper Willy Van Linthout had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 89th minute, Mexico's Luca Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. A collision led to Bruly getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Thys Mangelschot hit a great ball. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
