Montesacro FC's Anthony Del Gatto quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 9 minutes Montesacro FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Giacomo Casanova quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Daniel Prodan made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Del Gatto in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 19th minute of play forced Montesacro FC's goalkeeper Giacomo Casanova to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Loco Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paolo Rossi in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giacomo Casanova having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Rafael Gallo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciccio Bussi's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciccio Bussi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Montesacro FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ciccio Bussi hit a great ball. Montesacro FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Rafael Gallo scored to the left of an out of position Giacomo Casanova, making the score, 0-3.
