Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Groll came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th minute Kurt Groll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute Pégasus F. C. were awarded a corner. Gilberto Soeiro went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Gilberto Soeiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa did a great save. In the 12th match minute, Pégasus F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hílton Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Lu Xing Song received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dante Lacasa came out and tried to block the shot, but Lu Xing Song slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Pégasus F. C.'s Kurt Groll fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pégasus F. C.'s goalkeeper Umberto Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 25th minute. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Macos Graciani fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Umberto Cunha quite easily take care of the ball. Pégasus F. C.'s Umberto Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 31st minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Umberto Cunha. Umberto Cunha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Umberto Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Groll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lu Xing Song in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kurt Groll stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Groll, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Umberto Cunha in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pégasus F. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. Lautaro Mancebo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Lautaro Mancebo scored 1-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Umberto Cunha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pégasus F. C.'s Qiao Ang Le was substituted for Gilberto Soeiro. In the 65th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiao Ang Le in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Samuca Tepedino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pégasus F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pégasus F. C.'s Samuca Tepedino got a free kick in the 74th minute. Pégasus F. C.'s Jules Gangloff was substituted for Bebeto Medeiros. A collision led to Pégasus F. C. getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Samuca Tepedino hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Umberto Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Pégasus F. C.'s Qiao Ang Le. But to his dismay, Qiao Ang Le quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qiao Ang Le in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Pégasus F. C.'s Lorenzo Leiva seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lorenzo Leiva the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pégasus F. C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lorenzo Leiva had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Pégasus F. C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mexico:s goal. Umberto Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 89th minute of play. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pégasus F. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. 98 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Umberto Cunha narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
