Wiktor Lindmark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mario Fernandino came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Fernandino couldn't finish the play. Mario Fernandino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Arne Almstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Almstedt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Wiktor Lindmark was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 30th match minute, Hudiksvalls United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Torstensson to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Hudiksvalls United booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Miralles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arne Almstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Ferrant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eddie Jönsson kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Julio Chicote struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Arne Almstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolivia. The Hudiksvalls United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bolivia were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Ingvar Hökkvist made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Hudiksvalls United got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Lundhberg. Hudiksvalls United's Arne Almstedt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Hudiksvalls United from getting a goal against them. Alfredo Ferrant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Almstedt having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Eduardo Fontirroig got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Marcus Waller kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. A throw-in in the 74th minute of the game was made by Henrik Kuse with Marcus Waller as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Hökkvist in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Eduardo Fontirroig fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Hudiksvalls United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Lindmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingvar Hökkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Eddie Jönsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingvar Hökkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Freixa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The Bolivia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bolivia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
