Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Paquito Franco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Paquito Franco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Paquito Franco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wieslaw Podowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wieslaw Podowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paquito Franco in the 11th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When LAMUSY's Paquito Franco in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wieslaw Podowski. LAMUSY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustín Saelices was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, LAMUSY's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Wieslaw Podowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LAMUSY's Wieslaw Podowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of LAMUSY's Wieslaw Podowski. Wieslaw Podowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luis Andino might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wieslaw Podowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Andino ran back to his position shaking his head. Wieslaw Podowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, LAMUSY's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paquito Franco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute LAMUSY were awarded a corner. Robert Ochabski went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Fabian Serwacki heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. A hard shot 53 in the game by Cristian Sancho from a close distance when the talented Wieslaw Podowski managed to make a qualified save. LAMUSY's players were relieved. 54 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Paquito Franco came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Roman Mlekodaj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wieslaw Podowski made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. 63 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wieslaw Podowski, 0-4. Wieslaw Podowski made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Ecuador booed when LAMUSY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Gajewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 75 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wieslaw Podowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, LAMUSY's Wieslaw Podowski got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 87 played minutes LAMUSY got a freekick which was hit by Robert Ochabski. After a defensive mix-up in LAMUSY's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wieslaw Podowski came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
