Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute, Agustín Saelices left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Richard Trancoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 13 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Trancoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Richard Trancoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 16th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Richard Trancoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Trancoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Richard Trancoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Richard Trancoso came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richard Trancoso. Richard Trancoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 39th minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Richard Trancoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Richard Trancoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Trancoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! SRP-Laguna's Richard Trancoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Trancoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Walmyr Cavalcante stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Bruno Israel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SRP-Laguna and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richard Trancoso. Richard Trancoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Richard Trancoso made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Felix Montes sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Trancoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Richard Trancoso to make any attempt to save it. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SRP-Laguna's goalie prevented a goal. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Montenegro took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richard Trancoso. Richard Trancoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. Richard Trancoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Richard Trancoso in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, SRP-Laguna's Richard Trancoso got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. SRP-Laguna's Richard Trancoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save SRP-Laguna from getting a goal against them. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Richard Trancoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Trancoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after SRP-Laguna's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
