Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zhou Yuan Feng having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Alvaro Pesce sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Alvaro Pesce tried to sneak it across the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Pesce came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michal Vanek charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michal Vanek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Stinking Dogs's Zhou Yuan Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 15th minute of play. FC Stinking Dogs's Mojmír Šimončič quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Macos Graciani, made in the 20th minute of the game. Zhou Yuan Feng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Joel Gaona hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Brændgaard in the 26th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Zhou Yuan Feng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Brændgaard in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, FC Stinking Dogs's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Zhou Yuan Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro Pesce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Pesce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. In the 42nd minute, Alberto Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes, FC Stinking Dogs's Cihangir Olgunsu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dante Lacasa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Stinking Dogs reached it. 45 minutes into the match, FC Stinking Dogs's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Zhou Yuan Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Michal Vanek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhou Yuan Feng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, FC Stinking Dogs's Gunnar Brændgaard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavol Boborovský in the 65th minute of play. FC Stinking Dogs were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cihangir Olgunsu took the corner. In the 69th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zhou Yuan Feng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 72nd minute of play. After 79 played minutes FC Stinking Dogs got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Pesce. Zhou Yuan Feng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Zhou Yuan Feng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zhou Yuan Feng could save by the left post. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 87th minute. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zhou Yuan Feng in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Alberto Tafalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zhou Yuan Feng was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Zhou Yuan Feng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the game, Alvaro Pesce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Lautaro Mancebo fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mexico's protests and gave Lautaro Mancebo a yellow card for diving instead. Lautaro Mancebo kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Mexico were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
